Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with bbdk, accessing the bbdk platform at bbdk.io, or placing any bet, wager, or casino game stake, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the bbdk platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

bbdk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bbdk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bbdk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to hold bbdk accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You must be the individual whose identity documents are submitted during account verification. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bbdk, nor an immediate family member of any such person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bbdk reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bbdk support may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) bbdk account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device profiles — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bbdk reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. bbdk is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. bbdk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional security measure. You must notify bbdk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bbdk will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as part of its standard account management process. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and may additionally require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on the bbdk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no intermediate currency conversion at any stage of a deposit or withdrawal transaction. The ৳ amount you deposit is the ৳ amount credited to your account balance.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to participating banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier section of the platform.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bbdk account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of any delay, you should contact bbdk support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements applying to the balance. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method and are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Bank Transfer: Typically 1–3 business days from approval, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

bbdk reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where bbdk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any balance deposited from a third-party account may be voided and the deposit reversed.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bbdk sportsbook are subject to the specific event rules and market rules applicable to that sport and market at the time of bet placement. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific sport or market rule, the specific rule shall take precedence.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets on the bbdk platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. bbdk does not accept requests to amend, cancel, or reverse confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under applicable event rules (for example, certain in-play cash-out features).
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip are the odds at which your bet will be placed, provided the market is still open and no system error has occurred.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly and materially incorrect relative to prevailing market rates — bbdk reserves the right to void any bet placed at those erroneous odds and return the stake to the player's account.
• Minimum bet stake is ৳50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of result or score information delays.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach its scheduled conclusion, the applicable event rules will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over to the rescheduled event.

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and ICC events — are governed by bbdk's Cricket Betting Rules, which are available in full within the platform's help section.

Casino Games

Casino games available on the bbdk platform — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to play.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes, to determine outcomes. bbdk does not influence, control, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game supplier and may be found within the game's information panel.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are set per game and displayed within the game interface. Players acknowledge that casino games carry an inherent house edge and that, over time, the expected return to any individual player is less than the total amount staked.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including disconnection, server error, or game software fault — the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake for that round returned to the player's account balance. bbdk is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical events.

Bonuses & Promotions

bbdk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus terms apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in ৳ Taka to your bbdk account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account without replacement.
• bbdk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already claimed the offer and are in the process of meeting wagering requirements will be given a reasonable time to complete those requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting loopholes in bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbdk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud: Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment credentials, or false identity documents in connection with your bbdk account.
• Money Laundering: Using the bbdk platform in any way to launder money or facilitate the proceeds of criminal activity. bbdk complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or using more than one bbdk account for any purpose.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct manual input from the account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market for financial gain.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any arrangement to fix the result of any sporting event covered by the bbdk sportsbook.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, system errors, software vulnerabilities, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of funds legitimately deposited and used on the bbdk platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

bbdk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bbdk will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before taking any action on a dormant account.
• At the account holder's own request, including a request for permanent self-exclusion under bbdk's Responsible Gaming framework.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited by bbdk. Upon voluntary account closure or closure due to inactivity where no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC verification.

Accounts closed under bbdk's self-exclusion programme are permanently closed and cannot be reopened. Any attempt to re-register under a different name or contact detail following self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

bbdk is committed to the wellbeing of all players on its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. bbdk strongly encourages all account holders to gamble responsibly and within their financial means at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bbdk account holders directly through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum ৳ deposit amount per day, per week, or per calendar month. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are automatically blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a reminder alert after a specified duration of continuous play. These alerts are designed to encourage awareness of time spent gambling.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and casino access for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your bbdk account with no option to reopen. Self-exclusion is a final and irreversible action. Any balance in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you following KYC verification.

bbdk collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform security. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by bbdk's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bbdk.io/privacy-policy.

By registering an account with bbdk, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that certain personal data — including identity verification documents — may be retained by bbdk for a period following account closure as required by applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping regulations.

bbdk uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the bbdk platform. bbdk will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies solely where required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbdk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bbdk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of access to account balance due to technical fault.
• Losses arising from reliance on odds, information, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity interruptions, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Losses arising from events of force majeure including natural disasters, government actions, or network infrastructure failures.

bbdk's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bbdk platform — including but not limited to the bbdk brand name, logo, domain name, software, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, and game content — is the intellectual property of bbdk or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bbdk platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any bbdk content without express written consent.
• Use bbdk's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the bbdk platform.
• Scrape, index, or systematically collect data from the bbdk platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of bbdk intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Amendments to These Terms

bbdk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bbdk will publish the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bbdk platform following notification of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact bbdk support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified real-money balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as applied by the jurisdiction of the operating entity, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and bbdk arising from the use of the platform, you agree to contact bbdk support in the first instance and allow bbdk a reasonable period to investigate and respond before escalating the matter. bbdk will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents bbdk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
